With over 21 years of experience, I understand no two weddings are the same. Every couple has a different plan for their day. That's why I've created a streamlined process, so you can enjoy a relaxed, easy and personalised flower planning experience, while knowing every detail is taken care of.
Your flower planning starts with a quick message. Share your vision, style and what matters most by filling in our enquiry form. Don't worry if you don't know all your details, we can get back to that later. I will be in touch to let you know if I’m available.
I create a Custom Flower Proposal and mood board, tailored to your day, your style and your budget. The proposal is fully itemised, so you can mix and match or shuffle things around. If you want to tweak anything, just say the word.
A 30% non-refundable deposit and signed T&Cs are required to secure your wedding date. You can still make changes and six weeks before your wedding day, we'll go over the final details. The outstanding balance can be paid in either three easy instalments or one final amount,

Here are the answers to the most common questions people ask when working with me. If there's something you don't see, I'm always happy to help just reach out via email or phone.
Wedding florals begin at a minimum spend of $2 500 (GST inclusive), which typically covers four bouquets, four flower pins and delivery.
Most couples invest around $5 500 (GST inclusive) for full wedding florals, including wedding party flowers, an intimate ceremony and reception.
Every wedding I create is individually tailored to your vision, guided by the season, venue and overall feel of your day. Because of this, costs can vary depending on wedding party numbers, scale and flower abundance.
All flowers are created in my private studio on Awabakal Country, Lake Macquarie (Belmont).
I service the Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Port Stephens, and the Central Coast.
Travel costs are factored into each quote and cover delivery to people and venues.
Absolutely. After your deposit is paid, the remaining balance is split into three easy payment.
When you work with MeOhMy, I can create:
- wedding party flowers
- ceremony installations
- reception tables flowers
- cake flowers
- statement floral pieces
I offer full delivery service, onsite setup, pack down and hire of vases and candles. I also contact the venue directly, to coordinate timing and logistics. If you're only after bouquets and flower pins, delivery will be organised closer to the day.
