A 30% non-refundable deposit and signed T&Cs are required to secure your wedding date. You can still make changes and six weeks before your wedding day, we'll go over the final details. The outstanding balance can be paid in three easy instalments or in one final amount,

Yes we do. Our signature style Collections start from $2040, with the average flower spend being around $4400. The key is to be realistic about what you're dreaming of versus what you're happy to spend on your beautiful flowers. Whether you’re after something luxe or a little more low-key, we’ll work together to design personalised florals for your magical day.

As soon as you've booked your wedding date with your ceremony and reception venue, we would recommend getting in touch to talk about your flowers. For peak wedding periods (August through to May), we're receiving enquiries and bookings up to 18 months ahead. So to avoid disappointment, it's best to book earlier rather than later.

When you make your initial enquiry, we send through a 'Wedding Wishlist' for you to complete. Your personalised proposal is fully itemised so you can easily see your floral breakdown. We do our best to stay within your estimated budget but if it goes over we make suggestions and offer different options for you to consider. This is your opportunity to decide what you're after versus what you're willing to spend on your beautiful flowers and decide what is most important.

Absolutely! We offer a full delivery service on your big day PLUS ceremony and reception onsite setup, styling and pack down when required. We'll also happily pin flower pins to suits! Leading up to the wedding day, we contact the venue directly, to coordinate delivery times and flowers setup and then let you know. However, if you're only after bouquets and flower pins and would prefer to pick up from our Belmont Studio, that's perfectly okay.

Part of working with MeOhMy is we not only create personal flowers including bouquets and flower pins but also provide corsages, floral wands, hair flowers, ceremony blooms, reception table flowers and styling, cake flowers, floral installations, vase hire and candles, as well as a full delivery service, onsite setup and pack down. 

We create weddings and events throughout Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Port Stephens and  Central Coast and have over hundreds of weddings and happy couples on our resume. 

All our designing (and flower creating mess making) is done from our home Studio, in Awabakal Country,  Lake Macquarie, Belmont.

Our sustainability focus is to reduce waste and be kind to our planet. We accomplish this by selecting the best Australian grown flowers, rainwater collection, refuse, reduce, reuse, repurpose and recycle wherever possible and design foam free at all times.

Each week during peak wedding season, we make a trip to the Sydney Flower Markets to source the freshest local seasonal flowers and foliage. We also work with a variety of local growers in the Hunter Valley. We love working with in season flowers but due to Mother Nature, sometimes we're unable to get a particular flower. If this happens we always find a beautiful substitute to work with your colour palette.

If you love our flowers and style and would like us to flower together, go to our Say Hello page, fill in and send through an enquiry. If your date is available, we'll get you to know each other by completing a 'Wedding Wishlist'. With your floral vision, we will put together a fully itemised flower proposal and mood board. Once you receive and are happy with your proposal, you confirm and book your date into our calendar with a 30% non-refundable deposit. Six weeks before your wedding we will confirm your final details. That's it, your wedding day has arrived... joyful, simple and no overwhelm!

All the pretty blooms are yours to keep however if you decide you don't want them and have organised for us to do pack down, all your leftover blooms and foliage will be composted. If you've hired vases or other items, these will need to be return within the week to our Belmont Studio OR for an addition fee, We can pick them up from your venue the following day.
