It all starts with a quick message. Reach out through our enquiry form and tell me the basics: your date, your venue and a little about what you’re dreaming.

From there, I’ll be in touch within 48 hours to let you know if I’m available and if I am, you’ll get a reply from me with everything you need to feel excited and clear about what’s next. Think of it like a welcome hug in an email, complete with our Welcome Letter, link to our Price Guide and a Wedding Wishlist to help you share your flower vision (even if they’re still a bit fuzzy).

No pressure, no overwhelm, just the first step in bringing your day to life with flowers that feel like you.

The 'Wedding Wishlist' is your chance to tell me all about your floral dreams! Whether it's your style, colours, or any must haves or must avoids! Don’t worry if it’s not all figured out, it’s a one-page, quick and simple form. Once I’ve got it, I’ll create a custom proposal and mood board just for you.

I’ll email you a proposal and mood board to review. Your date will be held, and the proposal will be valid for 2 weeks. If you need any changes or have questions, just email me or give me a call—I'm always here to help!

To secure your wedding date, a 30% non-refundable deposit and signed T&Cs are required. Once that’s done, your date is officially booked in our wedding calendar—flowers, ticked off the list! You may not have all the details yet, but no worries—you can still lock in your date and make changes up to a month before your big day. As an added bonus, you can pay the remaining balance in easy instalments or in one amount, 2 weeks before your wedding day.

Six weeks before your wedding day, I’ll send a confirmation email to go over all the final details. I’m so excited to be part of your special day, and as a thank you for booking with us, two seedlings will be planted on  National Tree Day in your honour!
